The thermage procedure will take between 20 minutes and 2 hours depending on the area of skin being treated. 2) Does the Thermage treatment result in any bruising or scarring? Post-procedure the skin may be red or swollen for a day or two. In almost all cases patients can regular activities immediately. 3) Will I feel pain during or after my treatment? The procedure works by heating the collagen in the skin, there will be a heat sensation but this will be reduced by cooling before, during and after the treatment. Apart from some minor swelling and reddening the pain post-procedure is minimum. 4) Is Thermage safe if I am Pregnant or Breast feeding? No. It is not safe for the Thermage Skin rejuvenation to be carried out either when pregnant or breast feeding. 5) When will I see the results from the Thermage Treatment? The treatmnet works by tightening existing Collagen and stimulating new growth. This means that there will not only be an immediate result but the results will continue to appear and improve for up to 6 months. 6) How much does Thermage cost?
