What is VelaSmooth?

VelaSmooth™ is the FIRST AND ONLY medical device for the effective treatment of cellulite. Using the revolutionary elos™ combined energy technology — Bi-Polar Radio Frequency and Infrared Light — plus tissue mobilization and suction to safely and effectively re-contour the skin surface, the VelaSmooth is a clinically proven, effective solution for cellulite.

Is the procedure safe?

Elos combined energy technology requires lower overall energy levels for superior results and maximum safety. Most people experience no side effects to VelaSmooth at all, though a few exhibit some short-term local reddening, or bruising of the treatment area. Treatments require no patient downtime.

How does elos work?

Elos (electro-optical synergy) uses a unique combination of radio frequency and light to isolate the treatment area and leave the surrounding skin free from potentially harmful side effects. Using gentle pulses of two targeted energies means better results with lower overall energy output — assuring the highest level of safety and comfort. Other systems using only one energy source can’t compare.

What does elos feel like?

Depending on the elos treatment, each patient’s experience is different. Your physician can walk you through the treatment specifics and what you can expect throughout your VelaSmooth treatments. Side effects are rare, and elos technology assures a higher comfort level than any laser technology.

Is this a no-downtime procedure?

Absolutely. elos procedures require no sedation. The average procedure takes less than 30 minutes to perform. Immediately following your procedure, you can return to work or you daily schedule with no problem.

What is the cost of Velasmooth?

The price starts at £150 per session. At least six sessions are required to see results and we offer package deals of 12 treatments at £1200 paid upfront.
